Navigating the car park was confusing due to unclear signage, and the presence of vans and camper vans made parking even tighter. There were a few stray hairs found in the toilet and surrounding sink area upon arrival that detracted from cleanliness. the room became uncomfortably warm at night, and I banged my head twice on the clothing hooks overhead. they definitely need to be positioned better to avoid that mishap.

Awesome place with great wi-fi, a cute bar, a comfortable lounge area, and express check-in. I fondly remember when the staff helped me with bug spray on my first stay. Always look forward to returning for a city trip!

Pretty decent stay overall

We needed a stopover near Bristol and picked this place for its price. Check-in was a bit robotic, but the room was actually nice and comfy. I didn't get to try the restaurant, but it looked good. Just wish they'd had better customer service at arrival, it kinda threw us off. Nice parking area, though!

I particularly appreciated that the restaurant was closed, but the manager went out of his way to prepare a meal for us himself, which was a lovely touch. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities like a kettle and hairdryer. The rainfall shower added a nice luxury to the experience, and the beds were super comfy, providing a great night's sleep. I faced some issues with the cleanliness of the fan provided. it was very dusty and made the air less pleasant when turned on. the hairdryer didn't work, which was a bit frustrating. Breakfast service started early and the offerings were decent, but I noticed some items weren't replenished on time. Despite these hiccups, I'd happily return due to the hotel's excellent location and overall comfort.
